Check in is 2:00 PM. If you are going to arrive later, please shoot us an email or call!
Take your time in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee and pack up slowly. You have until 11:00 AM
While we all love a good gathering, we also need some peace and quiet. Please be mindful of designated quiet times so everyone can get some quality R&R.
Quiet Time from 10:00PM – 7:00AM
Children are always welcome. We ask that you supervise them for their own safety. We are in the mountains and there are wild animals as well as cars moving in and out of their spaces and may not see the little ones.
We do not have tent sites and do not allow sleeping in your car or in a tent.
Bears are a natural part of our environment, and it is our responsibility to keep both them and us safe. BE AWARE! Please don’t leave food, unwashed dishes, coolers, trash outside or any items with a strong smell outside. Bears are curious creatures with a heightened sense of smell and will come explore.
Please be respectful of our indoor spaces and do not smoke inside. If you do smoke outside, it is extremely important to extinguish anything in an appropriate container. We live in a highly sensitive area to fire and do not want to be the cause of a wildfire.
Campfires are allowed only in the fire pits and only in alignment with local fire restrictions. We have receptacles for ashes that you can disposes of upon your departure.
Grills must also be self-contained and in line with local fire restrictions. Please do not put grills on picnic tables.
We kindly request that you do not use your generator in the Resort, except for in the case of a power outage.
We do not provide a space for washing your RV or changing your oil. Please do not do this while at the Resort.
On-site parking must be parallel to your RV. All additional vehicles can be parked in overflow parking (subject to availability).
We are a pet-friendly facility, but we don’t have a dedicated enclosure for them. We do ask that you keep your pets on a leash for their own safety and the safety of the wildlife. When you go out exploring take them with you! They are much happier being in your presence and we cannot be responsible for their well-being if left alone.
We also ask that you do not leave them outside overnight. Wildlife wanders through at night and we don’t want any unnecessary interactions that could result in injury.
